About Cleanse 2012

Do it for your health, your community and our environment!

People jumping for joy

Cleanse 2012 is coming May 6-12th. Stay tuned for more info.

The cleanse itself involves a commitment of seven days of guided, healthy eating, designed to help the body detoxify. Now that it is getting colder outside, we have put together a month long Vegetarian Challenge to warm you up and get you healthy for 2012.

Registration is easy (SIGN IN ON THIS PAGE), free, and comes with a complete package that provides participants with a wealth of information about cleansing and includes a comprehensive meal plan, shopping list, and delicious recipes courtesy of Naturopathic Doctor Natasha Zajmalowski and Compassionate Cuisine chef and Yoga teacher Renee Trepanier. Event organizers aim to show Essex County residents that healthy eating can be easy and inexpensive.

Once you have registered for the-cleanse you will automatically receive information on all upcoming events.

In Sum,
By participating in the the-cleanse, community members may experience any number of the many benefits that Clean eating provides, including: improved energy levels, an increased ability to cope with stress, improved recovery time after strenuous exercise, improved physical performance and stamina, a strengthened immune system, improved concentration and focus, and feeling healthy!

Local events like cooking classes are posted on our calendar.
