Kale Krisps
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1Tbsp salt
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 bunches kale, rinsed and destemmed
Cut kale into 2 to 3 inch pieces. Mix vinegar, oil, and salt in a large bowl then add kale and mix by hand. Make sure to get all the leaves covered. Place on dehydrator trays and dehydrate on 105F for 4 hours or until nice and crisp.
Keep in a sealed container, will last for a week (that is if you don’t eat them all in one sitting).

Can you prepare these in the oven or is a dehydrator required?
Kyrstin, The dehydrator allows you to better presever the nutrients. However, you can indeed make these in the oven. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper.3.Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy onced cooled or store in a airtight container for a great salty snack.
